Founders plateau because they’re alone. I built The Arena because I was one of them.

THE HARD WAY

I started my first company alone.

My first employee quit at ninety days. I didn't understand leadership, didn't know how to build an organization, and had no idea how to grow revenue beyond what I could personally generate.

Then I figured it out. Slowly.
The hard way.

Over ten years, I grew that organization from zero to two million dollars, averaging thirty-one percent growth a year, compounding. I made every mistake. I wrote down what worked. By the time I left, I'd built a system.

The system

That system became the Executive Flow OS

The framework that drives everything we do at The Arena.

Six organizational systems: focus, strategy, cash, team, rhythms, tools. Three leadership disciplines: compelling vision, executive presence, time-tested character.

It’s not a theory. It’s the operating manual I wished I’d had on day one.

TOOLS FOCUS RHYTHMS STRATEGY TEAM CASH COMPELLING VISION EXECUTIVE PRESENCE TIME-TESTED CHARACTER

COMPLETE LEADER

HEALTHY ORGANIZATION

Executive Flow = When a complete leader consistently transfers energy into a healthy organization, leading to remarkable growth.

The room I wish I'd had.

The Arena is for founders doing $0 to $50M who are stuck. Not failing. Not panicking. Just plateaued, and tired of pretending they aren't.

It runs on four pillars.

The Executive Flow OS

the framework that maps your business and surfaces the constraint.

The Community

where founders at your stage meet monthly to tell each other the truth.

Coaching

for members who want one-on-one work

Events

where the system gets put to work in person.

Members grow ~16% a year, two years running.

The framework does the work. The community keeps them accountable to it.

The Arena is not a networking group. It's not a coaching program. It's not a conference. It's the room I wish I'd had when I started.

Who I am.

I live in Villa Park, California with my wife Allison and our four kids. I wake at four. I lift heavy. I love my family.

The name of this company comes from Theodore Roosevelt’s speech. The founder is the one in the arena, marred by dust and sweat and blood. Being a founder is a fight.

If you’re in it, I built this for you.
