Day one, we teach your team the OS in one session. Same framework Luke teaches in The Arena, customized for your business.
Work
Day two, we facilitate a structured working session against your top three constraints. Real decisions get made. Owners get assigned.
Commit
Everyone leaves with a 90-day commitment in writing, plus a follow-up cadence to check in on execution.
