Every Core session follows the same format.
Start
30 minYour facilitator opens with a brief minute lesson on one element of the Executive Flow OS. You go deep on one of the six systems or one of the three leadership disciplines. Same framework. Different focus each month.
Segue
45 minEach member gives a short update: your 30-day target, your biggest accomplishment, and the issue you're sitting on right now.
Break
Synergize
45 minOne member's issue gets selected and worked, in depth, by the whole group. You leave that session with perspective on your hardest problem.
Synthesize
15 minOne to two issues are selected and worked deeply, using the Identify – Clarify – Recommend – Commit model.
