Coaching is an add-on for active Core members who want to go deeper than the group format allows. You bring the constraint you’re sitting on. We work it monthly, one on one, using the same Executive Flow OS framework you already know from your Core sessions.
It’s not a separate program. It’s an amplifier on the work you’re already doing.

Two 50-minute one-on-one sessions with a certified Arena facilitator each month, plus priority async support via Slack. Best for founders in a transition, an inflection point, or a multi-front issue that needs more touchpoints.
